When we perform our lawn sprinklers inspections, this is what we do :

  • Adjust zones and heads/rotors for proper function, coverage and efficiency

  • Adjust sprinkler heads for minimal water waste

  • Clean sand or debris from any plugged sprinkler nozzles

  • Test all zones for sticking or leaking pressure seals on heads.

  • Check each zone for the correct performance pressure

  • Test irrigation valves for proper function including opening and closing

  • Inspect main lines, lateral lines and valve boxes for leaks

  • Test irrigation controller for proper cycling of irrigation zones

  • Check rain sensor connection

  • Recommend an irrigation schedule for you

If you need a sprinkler system repair without an inspection, please contact us for a precise estimate. A minimum service fee of $95 applies.
